I was listening to program on radio dis afternoon and the Topic was about BAD HABITS, so I thought I should share it here.

Bad habits is A patterned behaviour regarded as detrimental to one’s physical or mental health, which is often linked to a lack of self-control
I'm gonna try and make it as fun as possible + mind you experts in d house can suggest possible ways to help us desist from such behaviours
So wat are your bad Habits or that of your spouse, your boyfriend, girlfriend or any member of your family una know na

I eat my finger nails( yea I know its gross but I'm trying to stop ) and I love eating junks ..
Let's hear yours ..tnks

Is eating nails bad habit?
How about plucking/removing of hair

Farting nko
I am sure belching is one of it
Oh I rwm picking nose to annoy someone or picking teeth
How about scratching

And ofcus playing with idodo

I rep picking of teeth........... I can pick it anywhere; toothpick is always in my mouth. Sometimes I sleep with it on my mouth.

Funny enough, I know it's bad but just can't help it.
