The federal government has declared Thursday September 24 and Friday September 25th as public holidays to commemorate this year’s Id-El-Kabir. This was made known in a statement by the Director of Press, Ministry of Interior, Yusuf Isiaka Alhaji on Monday. The Ministry’s Permanent Secretary Abubakar Magaji, enjoined all Muslim faithfuls and Nigerians from all walks of life to extend the religious benefits of the Id-El-Kabir festival, which includes love, peace, empathy and tolerance to one another for the overall development of the nation...
