Yep, not in all schools though. A friend did his at Waziri Umar Poly Kebbi state and another at Federal College of Edu, Zuba-Abuja. They both did it during their service years. |

Is capital Noooooo! Bcs nysc cert is one of d requirements for PGD or Master prog. U can chk google for any university pgd requirement |

'Apply' ..yes, this also depends on the school..cos some require you upload the certificate while applying but for others who do not, u can apply, but to run the program you would need the discharge certificate.. |
