We were moving at full speed even through the worst of the rainy season but one subcontractor screwed up. Unfortunately, his work was on the critical path and inevitably held up all work. We're rectifying that and should be thinking finishing/painting soon but my faith in people has taken a knock, only a slight knock though because I've also encountered stellar performers including via this very website.

Whichever a client chooses to do depends on a lot of things. First us his pocket, then his taste.

IN my opinion, screeding not only adds to the beauty, durability, weather protection and smoothness of the house/wall. It shows that the client is in tune with the current trend in the industry.

If you can afford it, pls screed. For durability, do cement screeding. In future, you will be happy you did. You do the whole outside, ante room, parlour n dinning, and just paint the other rooms without screeding.

If you can afford to screed, quality paints Is recommended for weather protection

Client is a Nairalander's Mum.

The gigantic structure is a duplex with pent house, 8 rooms all ensuite, 5 palours, We are doing Silk, In and out.
