Intercolor paints used all through, cool lilac, misd, light almont, silver grey, chestnut and blush pink colors all used inside. While outside is off white for parapet n window hoods and white for main body. |

And So we got invited by a client on this forum to paint this big big edifice in portharcout, Rumudamaya, Obio/Akpor local government council, Rivers state. He wanted this painting done before the heavy rains. We were to paint only outside as another interior designer will take the interior. Product used was Inter color silk paint all through. Here is the house before painting

We got contacted by @nwaorlu on this platform to screed and paint the interior of his 8 bedroom duplex, with 2 laundry, 2 big lounges and kitchen with stairhall.. Location was Okwuabla, Orlu in IMO state. For painting, Inter color matt and silk was used all through and as usual, they didn't disappoint |

Some pics of the interior before screening. We bought 20 drums of pop paints, 4 pieces of 5kg topbond and bags of cement. Sin e its only the interior for now, we did not use waterfill , but will use it on the exterior. With this one ground, the screening commenced....

More pics..... Cement screening is recommended than white screening. It is more stronger, durable and protects the house from the element..
