Good morning nlers, i have these new neighbor that is smoking Indian hemp(egbo), each time he starts smoking these stupid thing, the smell of it funnels right into my room, and it's making me nauseous, worst still i don't know how long and how much this nonsense thing will affect my health, have confronted the 1diot about this nonsense, he's making a fuzz about how nothing can be done to him, i need advice on how best to make him stop.
