Am a victim of such at funaab after scoring 57% with distinction in accounting I wasn't admitted.never the less I won't give up I would apply for a school in the north where I knw it would be more easier probably BUK kano.

3 of my friends applied to FUTA in the concluded admission process. 2 finished with distinction while the 3rd, upper, all from the same dept. Only the upper candidate was admitted. Maybe because he score the highest, I'm not sure but I have the feeling he had connections.

Bottom line, choose futa if only u are well connected and practice their questions to score high. U can be safe then.

Forget it for now but keep planning ahead. It will be on sale the week after utme exam. That has always been the trend. Even if u have the card now, the site is not ready for 2016 reg.

It's a state owned institution so I can vouch for anything if u're not from the state. I once had a terrible experience with uniosun because I am not from their state. U stand a great chance if u're from there.

i just wanna ask or preferably make certain enquiries about d.e admission into funaab..
school.- yabatech
course- science laboratory technology
grade- upper credit
aspiring course - environmental management and toxicology.
asp. school- funaab...
I have made certain contacts in the school and certain percentage of assurance has been stated..
I have also gone through the thread and have read about the less transparent admission process.... I want to know..
a. my chances of admission.
b. does choosing heavy courses or less sort after courses has any impacts in the admission process.

i would also like to advocate a platform where admission seekers into various institutions forms a colony a group so as to be updated with latest and trending information concerning our admiss desires and can be of great help and boost to our energetic struggle......

i just wish all of us aspiring admission into funaab can just form a kind of group either on Facebook, whatsapp, nairaland forum or any preferable platform...... its just a suggestion......

Truth about DE is that JAMB expects us to be more matured than UTME candidates.

Hence u must make research abt the university you want to choose.

Jamb brochure won't really help u.

Futa post utme is one of the simplest i hav come accros.


It consists 25 questions 25mins.
5 General questions and the rest will b splited equally among the 4 subjects that fit ur course.

Just make sure get their past question u r good to go
