Government acquisition land is a land acquired by the government for its own purpose and future used How ever, Omo nile as popularly known in lagos, illegally take possession of the land and sold such land to an individuals without gazette, certificate of occupancy ( CofO) etc and an individual ignorantly bought it without proper research or verification.
