Pls guys, I ignorantly used a middle name in jamb which differs from the one I used in waec. Like this:

jamb -- Geofavor VENUS carson

waec -- Geofavor EBAYRAY carson

can I get an affidavit for it? ( I don't want to fill correction form )

I can't properly remember, but I think my brother saw something on jamb site where there is a correction of name, but the charge is a bit high I think. try to confirm and weigh ur options cos going through that stress of them logging u out might be strenuous cos also the clearance officer in charge of issuing eligibility slip for physical science has a lot of backlog cos she issued last on tue and my brother has been on standstill waiting for her to come.

An affidavit that says both names belong to the same person right?!? Is there a column for that on kofa? If there is then go ahead. But your clearance officer has the final say.

Thanks. The middle name on my waec is the one to be changed. The one on jamb is kinda more legit.

When uploading files for the online clearance, you'll find a space for EVIDENCE OF NAME. I'm guessing it's for those who have name issues like mine, and what should be put there is an 'affidavit of actual name, sort of.

There is a space that says 'evidence of name'
I guess that's where he will upload d affidavit of name.

...& also chances you wunt fill a correction
from are slim. You might be logged out.
Ask your clearance officer sha.

I was told to get my original waec result, I am just confused I don't know if i should seuse the one that would be sent to my e-mail or use waybill. As for activities I heard lectures is on oh.
thmmm concerning this your name issue I saw something similar and the guy was having issues. buh I dunno abouh u, u might be lucky.

wow second batch is out, na him be say people war go come do clearance on Monday go plenty, and I have not done mine. To enter uniben nor easy sir, shoutout to the staylites u guys are bosses to have gone through this.

Some clearance officers might not say anything and clear you because they didn't spot the error. If you're cleared without anything being said about the discrepancy in your middle name, draw their attention to it. If they say it's fine, then fine.

But I am almost certain you will fill correction. When filling the form, state that the name error is on your jamb result. Uniben will then edit your kofa page to match the name on your waec result after Senate approves the form you filled.

Correction form takes time to get approved, the least that I've seen being two weeks because those students started clearance the day it began. Mine took almost two months. Some of my friend's few days to exam. That's why I dey advise una to start clearance EARLY.

before that she need to have account with jamb step1 log on to jamb website step 2 click " check admission status"

Do nt be discouraged, God is working on ours,uniben is nt don uploading d names.we will surely get ours in jesus name.Note:ur "submitted" Must Change To Either "admitted" Or "Not Admitted".As far as it is stil showing submitted, u have no course to worry ok.uniben did nt use ssce but jamb only.i got a frnd who went 4 d screening without ssce bcus her result was withheld by waec.what course did u apply 4 and ur jamb score?r u an indigene of d state if i may ask?
