Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of HND
Minimum of 1-3 years experience
Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
IT & Phone savvy


Responsibilities:

Receives customers' requests by telephone/mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
Recruit new customers and do follow up
Digital marketing & Cold calling
Involve in all forms of advertisement drive.
General office duties
