People can be so silly! Which one is tribalism here again?
@fredo, it's pretty simple; the recruitment is in the south west region. Meaning anyone of whichever tribe that is applying should be willing to work in those states because that is where the vacancies are.

Dear All, it's an internal vacancy open only to existing staff. Don't waste your time!
