What can I do? My techno phone cant send out text msgs anymore. When I send, it fails to go. But it receives. I hv checked the msg centre name and number(MTN) and found them correct. What could be wrong? What should I do?

Go to settings,

under settings, go to Apps, then swipe to "All" and search for "Messages" and click on it.
Move downwards and search for "Permissions" and under it, select "Always Allow"...

It seems like your current settings is "Never Allow"

Then restore the factory settings and start all over.
