A Company is in need of HR Intern who will work in the Human Resources Department of the company.
The applicant must be a Graduate, MALE (Human Resources or Business Administration or any other relevant course), a MALE. Applicant should have good communication Skills, be a good Trainer and have good interpersonal skills. Experience: Entry level or 1years experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure continuous pool of recruit able candidates
• Conduct interviews and set up relevant interview panels
• Ensure minimum of 2 deployable resources for every role at all times
• Arrange Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Training programs for all operative, administrative and management staff
• Conduct trainings
• Communicate HR policies to employees
• Manage employee complaints and grievances
• Manage employee terminations
• Protect the interest of employees and company in accordance with company HR policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage employee communication and feedback – email, telephone, newsletters, retreats etc
