Scores have been reportedly killed and several others injured after bomb explosion hit Buhari Housing Estate in Damaturu, Yobe state. Channels TV reports that 16 persons have been confirmed dead in the latest attack, which was believed to have been orchestrated by the Boko Haram insurgents. According to a source, an unspecified number of people injured by the blast had been taken to the Sanni Abacha Teaching Hospital for treatment.
