I totally disagree with the no.3 that Eggs do not increase blood cholesterol.
Infact, the egg yolk is highly loaded with (bad) cholesterol about 62% while turkey egg is over 200% cholesterol.

If you are above 35yrs you should decrease your egg intake. Eggs are excellent for growing children but can be dangerous for adult when much consumed.

Pls don't misinform people. Egg whites are very good for adults. I eat 4 egg white daily and it has helped me lose weight

You're misinforming here. Nutritionists advised that eating scrambled eggs at all times is pretty dangerous. Reason for this is because the yolk is scrambled and heated beyond the needed degree, hence, dangerous. Eggs are not in any way dangerous. I used to hold this belief until about three months ago. I can barely do without an egg a day. Though most boiled, the effect stays the same. Eggs are not dangerous, regardless of age.
