VACANCIES. Pazino Engineering and Construction Company is an indigenous Engineering and Construction Company with a global outlook and a focus in Real Estate Development and Management, currently looking for outstanding candidates with proven track records. These positions are based in Sangotedo and Ibeju-Lekki Offices and Candidates applying must live along the Ajah-Ibeju-Lekki Axis. 1. Customer Care Officer. Job Description: • Update current and prospective clients on developments around the Company’s Gardens. • Process new clients’ accounts and maintain the existing ones. • Compile names of clients due for relevant documents. • Assist clients with important decisions such as subscriptions, filling out pertinent forms. • Make sure that complaints made by clients are first valid and ensure that such complaints are resolved in the shortest time possible. Requirements/Skills/Job Qualification: • Must be friendly and courteous. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. • Must be able to work under pressure. • Polished communication skills both verbal and oral. • Smart and business like. • Willing to work long hours on some days. 2. Accountant. Job Description: • Draft monthly reports for onward transmission to the Management. • Keep financial records in compliance with Accounting standards and statutory laws. • Preparation of financial statements – Profits and Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Forecast and others. • Ensures that all expenses, receipts, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted. • Responds to and resolves issues and requests from Management and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports including Profit and Loss statements. • Prepare reports like Development expenses, operational costs and Profits. • Ensure that payment receipts are properly issued to clients as and when due. • Maintain clients’ financial records. • Develop and prepare revenue and expenditure cycle reports, Cash basis income statements and other budget related items for the Company. • Perform full cycle accounting including accounts payable, journal entries, monthly accruals and reconciliations. • Prepare financial records and reports for a variety of real estate transactions including Property sales. • Calculate Tax liabilities and prepare Tax returns on behalf of the Company. • To work closely with the Customer Care Department as regards clients’ payments and records. • Generate Monthly Banks reconciliation and review for accuracy. Requirements/Skills/Job Qualification: • Must possess a sense of Integrity and honesty. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Ability to work under pressure. • Discreet in all dealings on matters regarding the Company. • Must be resilient, flexible in thinking, detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong interpersonal, Oral and written communication skills. • Possess 3-5 years of work experience in real estate and a clear understanding of financial statements. • ICAN certified or have a membership in view. • Strong M.S Excel and M.S Word Skills. • Requires a basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Proactive. 3. Telemarketing Officer Job Description: • Follow up on initial sales contacts. • Product Marketing and selling through tele calling. • Handle Customer queries and resolve complaints. • Documentation and data entry regarding clients’ records. • Explain Company products and services to potential clients. • Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry. Requirements/Skills/Job Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills. • Persuasive skills. • Problem solving skills. • Good listener. • Proactive. • Self–Motivated. • Friendly. • Confident. 4. Social Media Strategist • Develop and implement website and Social Media Campaigns. • Enhance Social Media outlets and opportunities to maintain communications and Company’s fan base. • Develop new partnerships to increase traffic. • Plan and implement monthly Social Media Calendar. • Track and analyze website and Social Media Performance. • Create, manage and implement all email marketing Campaigns. • Develop new partnerships and maintaining strong industry relationships. • Manage and update Face Book pages and Company website. • Develop and promote video clips for the Company’s Social Media platforms. • Distribute regularly scheduled Online Newsletter. • Develop and implement website and Social Media Campaigns. Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • A minimum 2-3 Marketing and Social Media experience. • Strong interest in Real Estate and Construction. • Knowledge of online technology, particularly blogs, social networks, virtual worlds, Wiki’s, mobile and other emerging trends – including but not limited to Face Book, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram and Pinterest. • Superior knowledge of Social Media Landscape, networks, toolsets. • Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Creative problem solving skills. • Team oriented with positive attitude. • Successful with outlining, managing and performing in Multi-tasking environment. • Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects. • Proven job reliability, diligence and attention to details.
