RESPONSIBILITIES
As the General Manager, you will have full Profit and Loss Control, set targets and and increase sales at every opportunity
Maintain high standards of service at all times
Ensure the operation runs efficiently.
The Manager will be responsible for recruitment, training and development of his/her team, driving sales and hitting targets

Marketer/Pro (Smart Attractive Female)


Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to restaurant management and staff.
Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively.
Ensure Pizzles Lounge leadership is well-informed of restaurant-driven marketing activities.
Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs.

• Be Hard-working, goal-oriented, and a team player
• Develop a sustainable customer database by bringing in minimum of 20 contact list per marketing trip daily. And 100 contacts or leads in a week.
• Attract special events like block parties, birthdays, bachelor eves, university student graduation parties, university club parties.
• Collaborate and brainstorm on how to expand, promote, and strengthen the organization.
• Execute successful social media marketing campaigns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors, sponsors, and community organizations

• Develop a sociable persona, maintain pleasant customer relations with the guests and oversea smooth running of events.

• Befriend hundreds of customers on a daily basis.
• Liaise between the organizations to provide constant, up to date entertainment options for guests.
• Implement a reward system for concierges who most effectively promoted events.
• Ability to initiate and maintain excellent relations on a face to face level with high-end clientele demographic.
• Work closely with customers face to face to identify needs, tactfully answer questions, sell products and services, and solve problems.

• Create buzz and promote events through social media, mobile, and "on street" marketing campaigns.
• Assists in the creation of all traffic building promotions

• Employ PR teams, Party Patrol Programs & S.W.A.T. Teams (Searching For Women All The Time)
• Solicits new business - Makes surprise calls to customers weekly on new prospects and events
• Responsible for creating & distributing pamphlets, fliers and all sorts of promo materials.
• Books parties & special events for the facility. Books group & corporate parties. Special internal catered events/meetings/parties.
• Acts as personal host for all promotional events. Greets guests. Seats, escorts parties to their seats. Personally sees to guests special requests. Conducts guided tours of the facility

• Deals with VIP member requests for special events: Weddings anniversaries, birthdays Member parties
• Ensure arrangement of club guests and table bookings are managed properly.
• Coordinate with creative and production managers.
• Work closely with other sales & marketing team members.
• Work with Security, hostess and other relevant operations team members to set and enforce door policy.
• Work closely with Bar Manager and team, communicating customer feedback and special guest requirements.
• Ensure quality control of customer’s club experience.

REmuneration: Fixed Salary + Commission on events

We do prefer applicants residing within Ikorodu or willing to relocate to Ikorodu.
