[b]Cesc Fabregas isn’t having the best season. Chelsea fans want him out of the team, his side are dangerously low in the table after eight games and he’s been caught speeding. But is he really having such a terrible time? Because on Friday night he broke a Spanish national team record. Or so he says. After Spain’s 4-0 win over Luxembourg – a win which secured their place in Euro2016 next summer – the Chelsea playmaker took to social media to proclaim his new record. HE’S NOW GOT THE MOST ASSISTS FOR SPAIN EVER. Taking over from Xavi, apparently, after setting up Paco Alcacer for Spain’s second goal of the night. No-one actually seems to know how many it is, and neither Chelsea or Spain have actually confirmed this yet, leaving Cesc as the only ‘official’ person to have claimed it, but that didn’t stop him beaming with pride on social media. “I feel extremely proud to have become the player with most assists of the Spanish National Team!
