I've read on blogs that the Phantom 5 received OS update this month and will continue to update new OS. The phantom5 is quite a nice phone + it is affordable

I would get the Phantom 5 if I were you. It's a very good phone.. The 3GB RAM and finger print scanner is driving me crazy

S5 even has 2GB RAM. Its not worth it.

It's not about acting dumb, Amoled screens are the best around.. so you don't expect them to come cheap.
