HEAD, OPERATIONS & HEALTH SERVICES (ABUJA)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• Responsible for effective functioning of the Department
• Ensures that operations, systems and processes are properly coordinated and implemented
• Ensures that adequate systems and processes are maintained to measure and monitor company’s effectiveness, efficiency and quality of its healthcare delivery
• Provides management leadership for the successful running of the Department
• Supports the objectives and goals of the organization
• Manages and reports on the performance of various functional units within the department nationwide
• Manages day-to-day running of the Operations Department from the HQ in Abuja and nationwide
• Reports to the Managing Director/Chief Executive
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Medicine or Health related discipline. Higher Degree(s)/Masters in Public Health and related disciplines or Possession of Masters Degree in Business Administration will be an advantage
• Certification/Professional Membership of Health Management or related bodies
• Professional qualification(s) in insurance, preferably health insurance will be an advantage.
• Adequate knowledge of claims processing, utilization reporting, client and call centre services.
• Knowledge of statistical /epidemiological tools such as SPSS Ms. Power Point etc
• Attendance of related Courses/ workshops/seminars
• Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post NYSC experience with at least 6 years in managerial capacity in an HMO or related organization

HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING (ABUJA)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• To access, structure and the current and future coverage of the organization
• Identifies and proposes ideas through research, publications, announcements, tracking individual contributors & their accomplishments etc.
• Locates and proposes potential business deals
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing business risk, market strategies, deal requirements, potential, financials, options etc
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
• Estimates partners' needs and goals.
• Seals new business deals by coordinating requirements
• Develops and negotiates contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Ensures set customer satisfaction are met and exceeded
• Writes management / technical reports and customer retention analysis
• Reports to the Managing Director / Chief Executive
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience

HEAD, ACCOUNTS (ABUJA)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• Prepares routine financial reports and forecasts
• Monitors financial performance
• Reviews Investments
• Monitors claim payment
• Facilities budgetary control
• Liaises with Underwriting Unit for product pricing
• Ensures administrative cost efficiency
• Carries out financial advisory services
• Reports to the Executive Director, Finance & Investments
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant post NYSC experience with at least 4 years in an HMO or related organization
• ICAN, ACCA or any other accounting certification is a pre-requisite

OFFICER, OPERATIONS & HEALTH SERVICES (ABUJA)
JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:

• Assesses customer requirements and ensures they are met

• Builds, maintains, and manages relationships with medical providers and clients
• Collects and analyzes data to detect deficient controls, duplicated claims, extravagance, fraud in submitted claims
• Ensures compliance and timely feedback regarding stipulated policies and procedures as claims, complaints or comments are received from the HCPs and enrollees.
• Ensures claims are processed as and when due & ensures approved payments are made by following up with finance department
• Reports to the Head, Operations & Health Services
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience

JOB PURPOSE/SPECIFICATION:
• Installs, supports and maintains new server hardware and software infrastructure
• Manages email, anti-spam and virus protection
• Sets up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• Monitors network usage
• Suggests and provides IT solutions to business and management problems
• Undertakes routine preventative measures
• Implements, maintains and monitors network security
• Provides training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence
• Manages the website and keeps internal networks running
• Controls access permissions and privileges
• Develops, manages and tests backup and recovery plans
• Ensures that storage, archive, backup and recovery procedures are functioning appropriately
