I want to start up a small recruitment agency.
From what I read about the business, I was meant to understand that you'll need to choose a niche first before starting and I am looking at recruiting customer service, office assistants or cleaners, whichever one the terms will be easier to go by because I have good experiences on those three areas.
I have already registered a company but I want to get the framework for a standard recruitment agency in Nigeria, the necessary bodies or associations I’ll need to register with before I start.
Please I need beginner's guide and anybody with valuable info should educate me.
