These are some of the reasons why it is not advisable for ladies to stay in single rooms and use external public bathrooms and toilets. This lady is even luckier than most. I've heard cases where ladies were sexually assaulted in public bathrooms as early as 4-5am by either co-tenants or lingering sexual predators and stalkers. Ladies have to really be careful.

I think the landlady and her children are intentionally frustrating their tenants so that the tenant can packout before their rent expires so that they(landlady and children) can take in another tenant then repeat the same thing...

The reason for this type Of treatment is simple.The landlady and her children all depend on the rent from the house in question and if they are able to frustrate the life of this lady and she moves out,they will get not only new rent but also new commision,new agreement fee and new damages fee.They want the cycle of new tenants to always continue.
