He Is losing games and conceding goals at an alarming rate. What stops him from playing a defensive midfield trio. With either Willian, Mikel and Matic or Matic, Ramirez, Loftus-Cheek. Two helps the leaky defence. One helps the midfield and bombards forward to support the attack.
Willian or Ramirez can do this. Then he can play Azpi and Rahman on the wings of the defence. With a strong midfield, these guys can help the attack and track back to help the defence.
