Lesson to all.

Stop displaying valuables inside your car. If possible, stow your laptop, handbag and other valuables inside your trunk. Keep your mobile phones inside the crevices and opening in and around the driverside door or centerconsole. Never drop any valuable on the passenger side seat or on the back seat.

These robbers are mostly opportunists. They are a smash and grab crew.


Safety advice:

1. Stow valuables in the trunk.

2. Keep your doors locked at all times and keep your windows up (if you can ).

3. Don't display your mobile phones, handbags, laptops, cameras, money, or any valuable item on the seat.

4. Try not to buy stuff in traffic as those boys sometimes act as lookouts for the perps.

5. Be vigilant and lookout for stragglers hanging around in traffic. Those are most likely the hoodlums.
