Airtel Nigeria has introduced Unlimited but Time dependent data plan to their Nigerian subscribers, the plan which is not capped (unlimited data plan) is targeted at heavy downloaders and online video streamer. Just like Etisalat PayG plan, the plan is priced N15 every 5 minutes, this means that 30 minutes will be charged @ N90 and 60 minutes @ N180.
to subscribe to the plan, dial - *439#

They have no reason for speed throttle, Etisalat doesn't in the PayG era and N15/5mins is even espensive but Airtel is now owned by Indians -'nough said!
