This is a paragraph from a guarantee form I was given, and it states:
This guarantee is a continuing security and shall secure the ultimate amount from time to time due to the bank from the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) notwithstanding that the DSA ceases to be in a contract with the bank whether by reason of termination, resignation, dismissal other reason whatsoever his death, bankruptcy or insanity or any other reason whatsoever.

So please guys, anyone to explain this part.
