Mostly in urban areas people may live in a depressing occupied home due to a smaller space but mostly due to possessing many things they can't use at the time.

Instead of benefiting them, these possession is over working them, causing too much insects, causing unnecessary, frequent sanitation and spendings, buying insecticide.

“Owning less is far more beneficial than organizing more", said Joshua Becker, a Home Management Expert. "We are a culture drowning in our possessions. We take in more and more (holiday, birthdays, sales, needs), but rarely find opportunity to discard of it. As a result, our homes fill up with more and more stuff. And because we believe the best solution is to find organizational tools to manage all of it, we seek out bigger containers or more efficient organizational tips and tricks. But simply organizing our stuff (without removing it) is always only a temporary solution. By definition, organizing possessions is an action that must be repeated over and over and over again."

What is the solution?

There are many people out there that want to use what you keep deserted and can buy it if you can't offer or donate it to them.

Based on recent observation, many Nigerians--both rich and poor--are not aware that there are people in need of their used bed, used tables, used chairs, used wardrobe, used carpet, used mattress, used toys, used blanket, used bedsheet, etc. And they are not aware they worth a penny.

Get rid of all that you keep deserted and you'll have big space and good health.
