I have been trying to purchase a hosting account from some of this top foreign hosts e.g ipage, hostwinds.. But they keep rejecting my eco bank mastercard, and have also tried another eco bank mastercard also bt same problem, saying i should contact my bank.
Plz if u'r using ur eco bank mastercard in any of this foreign hosts and they accepted it, kindly drop the host here. Thanks.
