The main cause for foul fishy discharge from the vagina is Bacterial Vaginosis.
There is grey watery discharge from the vagina, with inflammation of the vaginal area. Bacterial Vaginosis occurs when there is overgrowth and imbalance of normal bacteria flora in the vagina.
