BlackBerry didn't just launch PRIV, they also launch some Android apps few days after that Priv was release to the market, although the apps were all restricted to its first Android smartphone. You can't install blackberry priv app on your Android because they are not designed to be used on any Android device. Though there's modded version of those apps, tweaked by one guy in XDA developers, which can be flashed via recovery, but again, it's very risky and the process is very complex for an average Android user.
