What Synchronization method do you suggest to guard resources with limited capacity such as a database server? And would the same thing work for all high-level languages? Note: The use case actually belongs to a proprietary database created using Xerces library used to manage test automation report logs and supported on multiple platforms including Win 7-8, Solaris, Sparc, Mac, HPUX and AIX.
