All police commissioners has been powered to issue tinted permit in the state they serve so you don't need to go far,just process it in your locality & it's authentic. |

Within the range of 15k depending on how u go about it. snap your car front & back with the plate number visible. Then photocopy your car documents,attach the original pictures & head to the cp office in your state . |
