EPISODE 6

It was 12midnight and the moon was already out, the large python crawled through the bushes and found its way home. It was a terrible experience as the king and his wife were already worried about her whereabouts.

She crawled back into her room, only a maid who was at the entrance of the palace saw the python moving at a fast pace to the inner chamber. She just alerted the others that Ada was back home. In the morning, all that was running through her head was how to find Vincent. She sent out few guards to go in search of him while she went with two other guards to search for him.


Nobody plays on Eke’s intelligence and goes away with it. Ada was out for anyone who tried to stop her. Her normally calm and pleasant demeanor slowly changed and her face contorted in an all - consuming anger; her nostrils flaring, her eyes flashing and closing into slits, her mouth quivering and drooling, slurring words that were unintelligible came spewing into space like a volcano releasing its pent up emotions into the darkness.

She spent five hours searching everywhere but no one found him. She retired to her room and was not ready to attend to anyone who came to see her. Ikenna walked into her room with smiles on his face.

“why do you decide to stress yourself. What’s up with this your boyfriend that you won’t let go of? For your information, he is in my custody and I am not planning to release him anytime soon. I will make sure he pays for stealing you away. He said frowning this time.

She quickly got up, “you said what? Her hands closed into fists and she crouched forward, daring him to repeat once more the words that had torn her heart into fragments, that had dashed all her expectations of what next to do. She didn't wait!
