No be only Kate Henshaw and other stars sabi keep fit , so in an attempt to shed off some extra fat, I have recently registered with a first class gym and fitness centre, here in Germany. Below are some of my pictures just taken.

Nice one at least you are trying to revv up your physique. But like i will always tell any beginner, stay off machines and focus more on free weights(barbells and dumbbells). Those machines do not hit the muscles as much as free-weights does.
Even professional body-builders do not centre their training on machines, they finish with it.

But I have a professional trainer/instructor and he guides me through all the process and machines. Each of those machines all have their uniqueness. But at times goes on we will focus more on some than others, so he says.

I want you to get a feel of the difference. Train with freeweights then with machines and come back here and testify. Moreover injuries usually result from using machines as compared to using freeweights.
