Job Expectation:

>> Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
>> Devising and maintaining office systems;
>> Booking rooms and conference facilities;
>> Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
>> Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
>> Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
>> Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;


Qualifications/Requirements:

>> She must be a holder of HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
>> She must be able to use Page-Maker, CorelDraw, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
>> Must be sound in spoken and written English
>> She must be elegant in appearance.
>> She must be single (not engaged)
>> Must be willing to travel at a short notice.
>> Must have a fast typing speed.
>> Must not be more than 30 years of age.

>> Salary: VERY attractive but negotiable.
