Nairaland members can now login into the forum through their phone. Celtel users only though. I sent this thread via my phone. Before now, you can only read posts. Now yon can login, reply a post or start another topic. Kudos to CELTEL |

Yahoo! This has been on even before celtel put up nairaland on their entertainment page. There are two versions- wap.nairaland and wap2.nairaland with wap2 you can login and post. Unless what you mean is that when you browse celtel's site, one can log in to nairaland. Please clarify. |

I never knew that before. What I mean is that you can go through Celtel's entertainment page to nairaland. You can not login to the forum from there before. But you can do that now |

Yes. One has always been able to login. This should not depend on celtel or any other carrier. I have opera mini on my phone and am able to login to the forum regardless of whose GPRS connection I am using. I was just in Lagos (back in Chicago now). My Virgin UK sim roamed on Glo, so used glo for all my GPRS usage. My local sim was vmobile/celtel, but was not able to login to their GPRS. Even though, I had my phone configured for the settings by visiting the celtel store in palms mall, and I also received an SMS 24 hours later informing me that I can now use GPRS. |
