Solution: Here’s what you need to do to fix this issue without losing the data on your phone. Try a battery pull first. Take out the phone battery (and the microSD card if you have one installed) then press and hold the power button for at least a minute. Reinsert the battery (leave the microSD out) then try to turn on your phone. If your phone is still stuck on the Samsung logo then proceed with wiping the cache partition of your phone. Turn off the device. Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time: Volume Up key, Home key, Power key When the phone vibrates, let go of the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys. Press the Volume Down key to highlight ‘wipe cache partition.’ Press the Power key to select and wipe the cache. With ‘reboot system now’ highlighted, press the Power key to restart the device. If the issue still persists then you will have to consider doing a factory reset. Take note that this procedure will delete your phone data. tell us if it works |
