Djokovic is the same half as Federer. Murray, the third seed is in Nadal's half.

Watched a bit of that one. . . . .  so Djokovic won in the end - that Stakhovsky guy almost made him pee in his pants in the second set.
Hard to believe that he's ranked about 100 & something; he really played some fantastic tennis - superb volleys and good net play!

Rafa lost to Robin Soderlin today. Pretty sad as he's always beaten Soderlin too comfortably before.

After that game the FO ended for me.

I was hoping he would be beaten in the final - tired of seeing him win all the titles on clay. I hope Fed takes advantage of this.

Meanwhile, Verdasco, whom I was anticipating to meet Nadal in the QFs is also being taught some lessons by Davydenko.

Funny as it may, Federer may not be able to take advantage. Pressure would be threefold on him now and he's lost his ice nerves.

He's not exactly playing wonderball right now so when did it become his title to lose? Going by form, he's not exactly the world number two. It's pretty open and me thinks we might see a new winner, maybe Murray

i've got this Scottish fellow sitting just adjacent to me in the office _{<My boss actually>} and he's just going on about how Murray's g'onna cop this one now that Nadal's out. . . . . . . and i keep telling him Murray just doesn't have what it takes!

So sad to see Nadal go though - but it had to end someday, that unbeaten run in the FO and i'm sure he'd mighty relieved to get that monkey off his shoulder, cuz he must have been feeling the pressure of keeping it up anytime he steps out on center-court.

Not very sure about Fedex - Davydenko, Del Potro or Gonzales for me!

I don't think so. . . . . they might be the fron-runners, but there are still some pretty strong players in the draws who still stand a massive chance!

Federer is a different animal at the slams even though he his currently not playing well.
The only time he failed to reach a slam final in the past 5 years was last year's aussie open which he lost to djokovic (he was under the blues at the time).

I can see him going all the way and finally matching Pete Sampras's slam record.

And how Fed Express means business! 2 sets down against Tommy Haas and I thought he was going out in straights. Any, how he roared back. Two sets later and He's looking imperious. Now serving for match point. And he wins it.

Federer almost blew it yesterday.
He will NEVER havea better chance to win Roland Garros.With Nadal and Djokovic out of the way.
As for Nadal,I rememer thinking to myself in the build up to RG that he was playing too many matches.Just feel he might have burnt himself out in the process of consolidating his no.1 status.

Monfils did everything to annoy Roddick yesterday.
I didnt like his attitude and Roddick almost gave in to tempers. I was on the edge of my seat, expecting an explosion from Roddick all through the match! the crowd didnt help him one bit!
