Please does anyone know any good rehab facility here in nigeria.? I need it for a brother who is so so irrational and we believe he is also on drugs. He has access to funds but due to his behaviour he has nothing to show for and looks haggard. He does not care for his younger ones and his mother too. He needs help. Thank you. |

Your brother is living his life and doesnt give a shit about anyone. has he hurt people physically or it looks like he can harm. This is not a rehabilitaion issue but a counselling issue. Unless, you have concrete evidence that he is on drugs then you have nothing on him. |
