Seating for too long in office comes with various kind of illness such as weight gain more especially on the stomach and waist line; change your posture removing your spine out of alignment.
Companies that value staff and have good health workers insurance would do all it takes to make sure staffs are always fine and up doing. When an important staff falls ill, it affects the work output of the company.
Seating for too long in office for more than four hours is very bad and deadly to the body, which is sure to be accompanied by various health problems including stress, pains and more others.
Illnesses that are accompanied with long hours of office seating can be prevented if you work with the right tips and strategies such as;
After seating for more than at least three hours stand up and work around, in order to give your waist line a break for at least fifteen minutes and above before resuming back again, while at lunch hour you take a thirty minute and above break.
