1. Read your bible and pray everyday if you want
to grow.
2. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not
on your own understanding in all your ways
acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path.
3. Ask the lord for wisdom to overcome temptation
every day.
4. Eat well and do not stuff yourself with junk food.
Eat Natural (Organic food) and drink plenty of
good, clean water.
5. Girls, Air your hair and keep it tidy.
6. Brush your teeth at least twice a day in the
morning when you wake up and after your last meal
before you go to bed at night.
7. Girls, Take care of yourself during your
menstrual period: take your bath, use good sanitary
protections and change as often as you need to. It is
advisable to wear a sanitary pant during this period.
8. Scrape your armpit hair and use a mild deodorant
and body spray.
9. Do not allow your shoulders to droop or your
head to be bowed down; maintain good carriage
and walk upright.
10. Train yourself to speak well. Learn the right
pronunciation of word and speak clearly, do not
mumble your words.
11. Develop a compelling vision for your life. Ask
the lord to open your eyes and show you what you
were born to do.
12. Set high goals for yourself.
13. Determine to serve God to the best of your
ability.
14. Serve your generation with distinction and
determine to leave a worthy legacy.
15. Realise that the epistle being read by the people
around you. Determine to be an inspiration to
everyone you encounter in life.
16. Make your life count in this world.
17. Elegance is an attitude; Walk tall and carry
yourself with poise.
18. Choose good friends.
19. Girls: Do not throw yourself at any man.
20. Prepare yourself to triumph in the battle of life.
