I always knew irrespective of Chelsea playing bad this season, what mourinho always said about the Refs and FA is somehow true. One of the leagues chief by name Richard Scudamore has now openly admitted that they don't want Chelsea to win the league this season. He said they need a new winner every season to give the league the competitive edge it has over other leagues.
