Few days ago,there was a media report of domestic violence involving Toyin Aimakhu and her alleged new lover, Ebony Film CEO Seun Egbegbe.According to the report, the actress suffered terribly in the hands of Mr Egbegbe when she refused to agree to his demand.

To cut the long story short, the actress in a warning letter from her lawyers warned one of the media outlet who reported the story.The founder of Lagos-based magazine, Mike Angelo has however rejected Toyin’s claim. He confirmed the report of Toyin beaten up by his new lover and insisted that the domestic abuse happened.

“There is nothing defamatory about the story, it sure
did happen. She really doesn’t have a good case. Her
lawyer should know better….

‘Or maybe the lawyers just wish to get some
attention through this. There is nothing defamatory
about the story, it sure did happen.”

Toyin Aimakhu’s new lover, Seun Egbegbe is yet
to deny that he attacked Toyin who reportedly fled
to Ibadan to heal her wounds.
