Disadvantages
You can’t use a spare or a secondary battery when your primary battery loses all its juice, this is the major drawback of non removable battery.
If your mobile gets struck and all your controls stops working then you can’t reset by removing the battery. Now the only option that left for is to wait until the charge gets dry up.
All type of battery will be damaged when short circuit occurs and the inbuilt batteries are not the exception. Its not easy to replace the old battery with a newer one, in case the fixed built in battery fails.
You may need to pay separately for the person who replaces the old battery with the new one

The only disadvantage is that you will not be able to use a spare battery.
