Eating the wrong snacks at night can undo all your
hard work and cause you to gain weight.

Health experts advice people not to eat late
especially after 7pm.
However, we all know the struggle not to indulge in
late-night snacks especially when you are in front of
the TV.
In order to satisfy that late night craving without
gaining weight or eating unhealthy things, eat the
following.
1. Apples- Apples are good nighttime snack options
when trying to lose weight.

2. Pears.

3. Watermelon- This water-rich fruit is very low in
calories, which means you can eat a lot and still stay
within your snack limit.

4. Whole grain crackers.

5. Oranges
If you decide to snack on fruit before bed, always
remember to keep it healthy.
