Few days ago I bought a Tecno C8 device and after inserting my sim just yesterday, I discovered that I can't use both sims and my memory card together on the phone. If I remove one of the sim it will work well but If I insert both sims, one of the sim card won't show. To all those using this device, I would like to know if it's a general problem or maybe I'm the only one facing this problem with my C8 cos I cant afford to waste my money. Please help what can I do cos I'm totally confused  |

Quickly return the phone to where ever you bought it from and get another one! Make sure you also test the phone before leaving. |

Daboss007: Pele, take it to the carlcare closest to you. Your memory card should not over-ride your sim coz they're not even close to each other.

Daboss007:If you bought it from an authorized Tecno shop, they will gladly change it for you but if na second hand just forget am go buy new one. Cos C8 don't have those kind of issues you just mentioned |
