I will list some, and others can drop theirs.
1) Don't ever take a NO from someone who doesn't have the ability to give tell you YES!
2) Do your best to become friends with the Gatekeeper because they hold the key to your commission.
3) Never show a prospect they are just another prospect. Tailor everything down to them.
4) Never assume you know your customer's expectation. It is your Job to find them out.
5) Never submit a proposal till you have asked the power-cut questions.
6) Never be afraid to ask questions from a prospect. It might just be your winning deal.
