Jose Mourinho Sack: A Few Lessons To Take Home by Nobody: 5:45pm On Dec 17, 2015
It's no longer news- at least to me- that Chelsea Manager, Jose Mourinho has been sacked by the club's board. Now there's nothing to be worried about clubs sacking their managers; for reasons ranging from under performance, inability to maintain stability in the team, regular disagreements with the board over the signing of players, coaches are asked to go. So Mourinho being sacked na normal thing. LOL!

Jose Mourinho doesn't need any introduction. He's a great tactician; an inspiring and interesting football manager; a mind games specialist; a trophy winning coach. I believe the world's football is fortunate to have such a great coach in its games. Though a core barca fan, I've never followed the mind games of Mourinho. He's won trophies every in every league in which he has managed a team. From Portuguese league to the Premiership to the Italian Serie A to the Spanish la liga, this great man has won trophies.

This isn't actually to mock his sack. He will readily get new appointments. Great coaches hardly stay out of job for long- unless they choose to; clubs are always waiting eagerly for their services. Mourinho is such a one.

So why this article? Just to show us a few lessons we can learn from his struggle at Chelsea and his eventual dismissal. Let's see those funny lessons.

Accepting Total Responsibility. We all know he's a great mind games player. He's a football psychologist. I know it's a part of leadership qualities to try to deflect attention but Jose took this to new heights. Mourinho hardly accepts total responsibility for the performance of his team. It's either he's blaming Eva Carneiro for being NAIVE by helping possibly - injured Eden Hazard, or he's accusing referees for being too timid to award penalties in favour of his team. He's almost always blaming OTHERS for his struggles. In life, if we insist on being great, we MUST accept total responsibility for our lives. We must accept responsibility for everything we are and for everything we will ever be. We must refuse to make excuses or to blame others for our problems or shortcomings. We are responsible. If there's something in our lives that we are not comfortable with, it's up to US to change it. We are in charge. We must be responsible to ourselves.

Results. That's all that matters in life. Whether in football or in the office, we must endeavour to keep producing great results. Your services will most assuredly be needed as long as you keep producing results. Your impacts is felt because of your results. It doesn't matter how well you performed in the past, you must keep producing results in the present to be needed and useful. Chelsea has in event months produced results far below their high standards. It's not acceptable to see Chelsea lose games so frequently. No way. This is a team with pedigree. Arsene Wenger go dey smile now. LOL! We must seek means to produce stellar results in the office. We must be committed to being our very best. I'm not saying people who produce results don't get sacked; I'm only saying they'll get another job ASAP. Let's take our lives seriously.

Jose Mourinho is is a great tactician. I remember he gave my team a run for their money the last time he managed Real Madrid. Football becomes more exciting with coaches like Jose Mourinho- the Special One....now the unemployed one. Such is life.

Lalasticalala, Mynd44, lasis69, let's help this message get to our people- not just football enthusiasts. Thanks.
