Conserving battery life on Infinix Devices is very easy and important. Battery life on Android is a very important matter when it comes to choosing a device. Most likely, if you own a budget device, the battery life will almost always be below par except if you have an incredible device like the Infinix Hot Note or the Innjoo Max. But if you already own a budget Infinix android phone and you want to learn how to improve your battery life, just follow the steps below.
Uninstall unwanted applications.

Some applications are poorly programmed and as such, they may hog your memory and affect your battery life very negatively. This is why it is very important to always install applications from trusted developers and update your apps regularly. Better yet, it is a good idea to install those apps that you may no longer use. Doing so will not only impact your battery life positively, it will also free up more space on your phone in the process. So take a good hard look on all the applications installed on your phone. Chances are there are probably up to 5 which you might have forgotten about and as such, are of no use to you. To uninstall unwanted applications, follow the steps below.

Go to settings
Go to applications
Locate the app you want to uninstall and tap it
You should see an uninstall option on the right side
Tap that

Congratulations you have now freed up space on your android device and improved your battery life. Read on to get more tips on improving your battery life.
Install Greenify.

Greenify is a great application for those who want to improve their battery life. While most of the features on Greenify require that you have SuperUser access, it will still work on an unrooted device. Greenify is different from all other battery saver apps on the Google Playstore in the sense that it is very lightweight and does not bother you with ads. Once installed and set up, it will run automatically requiring no further set up by the user. To reap the full benefits of Greenify though, you might want to root your phone. Follow the steps below to set up Greenify on your Infinix Hot 2.

Download Greenify here
Install and open Greenify
On the main screen, Tap greenify at the bottom
You’ll see the app analyzer screen where you can select apps to hibernate
Select apps that have a high impact on your phone speed and battery life
Scroll up and tap on the checkmark by the right

Using Doze

doze app

With the arrival of Marshmallow comes a new feature called Doze, which helps you get more out of your device’s battery. Along with Google Now on Tap, Doze is the most notable addition to Marshmallow. It is enabled by default and essentially allows your device to enter hibernation mode when it has been sat unused for a prolonged period of time. But no Infinix Phone is running Android Marshmallow so that’s not an option.

To use Doze on your Infinix phone, follow the steps below.

Download the Doze App here
Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions.

That’s all for the Doze app. Now watch your battery life improve.
Disable Auto-Brightness

While Auto-Brightness sounds good to use, it is usually brighter than necessary. Since screen is one of the biggest consumer of battery life on Android devices, it is a good idea to disable auto brightness and just set the brightness to a comfortable level.

Not all Infinix phones have bad battery life. The Infinix Hot Note still has the longest lasting battery of any budget phone till date.
