How Can I Access A Website Running On Ipv6 Protocol (2) (3) (4)

I want to bypass a restriction on a government router, I am accessing the wifi but it won't allow me to access social media (Facebook). How do I change that without using Tor? I have changed my DNS, IP and the rest but to no effect... It says "This site is currently restricted under the Acceptable Use policy for the Government Network. If you are to use TOR then don't download anything because it can give away your ip while downloading... |
